Learn in our own dental hospital, treating patients from early in your studies alongside the clinicians who teach you. Our courses cover clinical dentistry and the wider dental team, as well as specialist postgraduate routes in dental public health and forensic odontology, on campus and online.
Undergraduate courses
Train as a dentist on our five-year BDS, which leads to registration with the General Dental Council (GDC), or join the dental team through Oral Health Sciences, working with patients to prevent and manage oral disease.

Postgraduate courses in forensic dentistry
Forensic odontology applies dental evidence to the legal system, from identifying human remains to acting as an expert witness. Depending on the course you choose, you'll be able to train with disaster victim identification software, take part in mock trials, and work with Thiel-embalmed cadavers in our Centre for Anatomy and Human Identification.
We offer courses at Masters (MSc), Diploma (PGDip) and Certificate (PGCert) levels, with full time and part time options available.
