This module gives you detailed knowledge and understanding of the major current issues in Communication Design. These include technology and media, professional ethics, sustainability, gender, copyright, access, and marketing and advertising principles.
You will examine how these issues interplay with historical and theoretical knowledge, and consider the evolving professional context of Communication Design across Graphic Design, Animation, and Illustration.
What you will learn
In this module, you will:
- examine historical, theoretical and structural knowledge within Communication Design contexts.
- deepen your knowledge of Communication Design theory and practice, particularly visual narratives and sequential media
